Robert Plüss and Jan Petersen founded the PPO (Plüss & Petersen Olten) in 1976. The foundation-stone was actually laid by Robert’s father, Traugott Plüss, already in 1946. The company imported at that time fruit and vegetables from Italy and Spain.
